Dr. Pat’s mission is to connect people to people – people to learning and people to leadership. As an influential leader and consultant, Dr.Pat uses her extensive experience to support high-impact culture change while retaining valuable talent and anchoring new thinking models and approaches in the culture.

Dr. Pat is the author of ‘Cool Change: Turning Emotions into Leadership Strengths©’ and “101 Ways to Balance Head & Heart: The EI-Savvy Team Leader’. Pat has extensive corporate experience working in organizations and cultures around the globe. She served these companies by leading initiatives and teams during the high-impact organizational change, paying particular attention to the retention of valuable leadership talent. Pat has coached diverse leaders of both genders in a wide span of industries including financial services, IT, and pharmaceuticals.


Patricia believes that ‘emotions are not a four-letter word.’ She believes that emotions are gifts, especially for women leaders, that we don’t always ‘unwrap’ and use. She also believes emotions were given to humans to help us survive, thrive, and connect. And, she believes that understanding our emotions leads to deeper self-knowledge and connections that women must use wisely to succeed.
