Kathryn is a 30+ year veteran executive coach and leadership and organizational consultant with a proven quality of executive and corporate advice and influence, which includes experience from 80+ organizations in all major sectors. She enjoys and appreciates the opportunity of coaching C-level and other senior executives because they are their organizations’ most strategic leverage points in creating a larger field of potential. This, in turn, realizes greater value and impact and provides more meaningful lives for all stakeholders.
Kathryn also has a particular interest in leveraging all types of diversity to strategic advantage. She uses a range of creative and disciplined, research-based approaches with management teams and individuals to help organizations fulfill their purposes and deliver on their key metrics. She is certified through Organizational Dynamics, Inc., in six leadership and organizational development programs and has a BA in Psychology from Smith College.
