Being a Gallup-Certified Strength Coach empowers Joshua to be able to utilize the Strengths of employees he works with. He integrates strengths as a modified approach to the Lean/Six Sigma training to empower employees to drive culture change and work effectively as a change agent. He does this by putting these employees in a strategic position to leverage their Top 5 Strengths and contribute more to the company and society. Joshua’s certifications include: Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment, Six Sigma Lean Master, Lean Expert and Black Belt and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Joshua spent 28 years in corporate office working experiences covering Services, Maintenance, Project Operations and Sales supports and Business Process Improvement for office operations and factories across Asia pacific.
Besides his professional work, Joshua is also involved in mission work and other church ministries in China, Malaysia and Indonesia in rural areas to help the less fortunate. Joshua uses his skills to teach local people how to organize the workplace and home. Joshua loves singing and gardening for his leisure time.
Joshua is a Productivity Leader, Lean Master and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in the Asia Pacific region. Apart from delivering Lean/Six Sigma training methodologies, Joshua also mentors projects and conducts training on management skills such as change management, communication, and coaching skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Joshua delivered workshops to more than 800 corporate employees in Asia Pacific, mentored and certified more than 150 Six Sigma candidates across the Asia Pacific region. Out of a total score of 10, Joshua’s training is usually rated from 8.5 – 9. Such a high score is being achieved because of Joshua’s passion to teach and mentor individuals wholeheartedly to transform the company’s operations to increase productivity and give an edge over the competing companies.
