After a career in the army and then working with SunTrust Banks, Inc., Dwight discovered his life’s purpose is to help people practice effective conscious leadership, which results in creating better home, work and community environments. Dwight earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Administration from Barry University and a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University. He is a certified leadership and executive coach through The Leadership Circle and Conversational Intelligence. He serves on the board of directors for the Central Florida Urban League, a member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Orlando and as a mentor with COMPACT of Central Florida.


Dwight is a servant leader at heart, which allows him to create strong relationships by exhibiting a willingness to listen without judgement, collaborate freely, and engage authentically. This approach allows his clients the freedom to express their perfect imperfections, which in turn represents the breeding ground for lasting change.
