Donelle is a certified Executive Coach and highly experienced consultant for HR, Leaders, and Teams. She brings you over 25 years of experience as a human resource executive and coach within global Fortune 100 companies where she worked at regional, national, and global levels. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and Counseling. Donelle brings a great passion for development plus extensive skills as a global business partner and advisor to her executive clients. Her coaching experience has led her to work with sales and manufacturing organizations, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
She has designed and supported integral coaching programs for both emerging and experienced leaders from Executive Vice President to individual contributor while working to build leadership capacity for both the current and future needs of an organization. She believes that satisfaction and success as a leader follow the balance and integration of all aspects of one’s life. Therefore, as a coach, Donelle integrates each client’s unique goals with the needs of the organization. She builds on strengths to identify and develop new capabilities to address blind-spots and areas of development. She delivers all of this while supporting the client in creating sustainable skills in navigating change, whether personal or professional.
Her expertise in team and leadership development directed her toward new and emerging businesses is where she designed and led culture development initiatives. She has built a reputation for designing and implementing world-wide change initiatives with leadership teams in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Her expertise in diversity and inclusion includes developing initiatives and programs in many of her businesses, which most recently focused on implicit bias.
Much of her career has been spent supporting sales and service organizations. She has a keen sense of the customer value chain and the relationship between the employee experience and that of the customer. In addition to sales, she also worked in research and development throughout several mergers and acquisitions where she was responsible for blending cultures and practices and bringing together leadership teams. Donelle has also provided HR expertise for many consolidations and off-shore business initiatives.
