Darren is a leading expert in the global Employee Engagement community. He leverages the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment to create massive shifts within organizations, both culturally and on the bottom line. Darren holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management. He also holds Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from UC Davis.
Darren brings 10 years of developing teams around strengths, maximizing talent on teams, increasing employee engagement, developing Strengths Based leadership, and initiating and designing sustainable strengths-based programs for organizations. He has recently served clients including State Fund, Hitachi Data Systems, CALSAE, The California Peace Officers Association, The FDA, Welk Resorts, The Franchise Tax Board, Bank of America, and multiple departments in the State of California.
