Case Study

Client: Newly Appointed CEO

The Need: A new organization comprised of 2: one acquiring the other, and a new CEO to lead them. With the new organization came a new senior team- all armed with the task of leading this new company into the future. The CEO came to Melanie to help them spark trust and commitment in his new team of leaders. During a 2-day workshop, she introduced them to exercises exposing them to vulnerability and transparency and worked to bind them into a unified front.
