Claudia has more than 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, accompanying and supporting people and teams in their professional and personal development. She is a leader in the creation and management of highly effective teams, talent management, and talent empowerment. During her 20 years as a coach and mentor, she has supported leaders, managers, organizations, and teams with coaching, training, and mentoring. Claudia’s programs are in leadership development, team performance, and communication. She provides expert support for projects where mindset and behavioral change is needed to increase the value for her clients and their organizations. She has a degree in economics and business and political science, plus overtime has completed a variety of specialization courses in leadership and conflict resolution.

Claudia believes that life’s difficulties are opportunities to be seized, where we must face and resolve personal aspects that hinder the full achievement of one’s performance and expression. She believes every person, once they become aware of their potential, and gain greater self-awareness and self-management, can harness their vital energy, to achieve their desired goals. Claudia is known for her effective communication, and it has always been a recurring theme dear to her.
